The following notes provide a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. The data controller is Alexander Wirt (see Imprint).

2. Hosting

We host the content of our website with netcup GmbH, Emmy-Noether-Straße 10, 76131 Karlsruhe, Germany. The servers are located in Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place.

3. General notices and mandatory information

We take the protection of your data seriously. Personal data is treated confidentially and in accordance with statutory regulations (GDPR, BDSG, TTDSG).

4. Data collection on this website

When you visit, technical data (IP, browser, operating system) is stored in server logs. Non-essential cookies and services are activated only after you consent via our consent banner. Your decision is stored solely in your browser (local storage, entry “os-consent”) and can be changed at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

5. Plugins and tools

Fonts (TikTok Sans, Ubuntu Mono) are self-hosted — no connection to external providers is established when loading the website.

6. Meta Pixel

This website uses the Meta Pixel provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland, to measure the effectiveness of our ads on Facebook and Instagram. The pixel is loaded only after your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG); without consent no connection to Meta is established and no cookies are set. After you consent, data such as IP address, browser information, pages visited and the cookies _fbp and _fbc (stored for up to 90 days) are processed. Data may be transferred to the USA; Meta Platforms, Inc. is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. We are jointly responsible with Meta for collecting and transmitting the data (Art. 26 GDPR); Meta alone is responsible for subsequent processing. 7. Contact form

When you submit the contact form, the data is stored for processing your request. Data is not shared with third parties.

8. Your rights
